Automated Safety

Each RF handpiece features an integrated infrared temperature sensor. After taking initial readings of the clients’ skin, the Axis recommends a maximum temperature for the treatment (a custom maximum temperature can also be set). As soon as the maximum temperature is reached in the lower layers of the skin, the device automatically pauses, keeping the client safe from the risks of overheating.

Throughout the treatment, the device shows 2 live readings – 1 from the surface of the skin and another deeper in the dermis, allowing the professional to continually monitor the client in addition to regular client feedback.
