All products sold on this website are intended for those suitably qualified in the beauty or aesthetics trade and are for sale on a trade only basis, products on this website cannot be sold on marketplaces such as Ebay or Amazon. Customers should be qualified to the required level to use the products sold on this website. Prices
Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website or a quotation provided but are subject to alteration without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of VAT at the ruling rates and delivery costs. VAT is not charged on educational books. It is possible that some of the products in our catalogue may be mis-priced.
We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before shipping to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.
Delivery charges outside mainland UK will be verified when processing your order. If we have made a mistake and the delivery charge is higher than the price quoted on the website, we may contact you before shipping to request whether you want to continue with your purchase at the correct delivery charge or cancel your order.
VAT Free Discounts & Special Offers
All offers and promotional free items are subject to availability.
HOF Beauty Ltd. reserve the rights to withdraw these offers at any time without prior notice.
Further discounts cannot be applied to any items that are already discounted or feature was/now pricing.
Promotional discount codes cannot be used against the following products:
- REM
- Carlton
- Silhouette
- Lemi
- Apilus
- Selected Product Bundles
Discount Codes:
Orders must be over the qualifying amount, excluding VAT and delivery to qualify. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
VAT Free Explained:
For all VAT Free offers, prices have been reduced in the promotion with a discount which is equal to VAT Free (17%). Therefore, it is equivalent to not having to pay the VAT. VAT is still applied to the order at the current rate of 20%.
For example, if you order an item costing £10 ex VAT. The total you would normally pay is £12 inc VAT. When we are running a VAT FREE promotion, we reduce the price of the item by 17% to £8.33. Therefore, when we add on the VAT, the total you pay is £10 which would be the original price ex VAT.
Gift vouchers have no cash value and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or refunded for cash or credit.

Any products on the same order which are not dispatched, do not form part of that contract.
All colours are as accurate as they can be when displayed on a computer monitor or mobile device. We recommend requesting colour swatches on furniture items where available. Returns due to incorrect colours ordered cannot be accepted.
Returns, Claims and Faulty Goods
The following sections set out how to request a return or claim, the conditions that apply to different types of return, and how refunds and warranties are handled.
Requesting a Return or Claim
If the Buyer wishes to return goods or make a claim in relation to an order, they must complete the Seller's Returns/Claims Form.
A member of our Customer Services team will contact the Buyer within 2 working days to issue a Returns Number and obtain any further information required.
Goods must not be returned until a Returns Number has been issued.
The Buyer's Order Reference Number and Returns Number must be clearly marked on the paperwork accompanying the returned goods. Goods returned without a valid Returns Number may not be processed.
Returned goods should be securely packaged and sent using a tracked or recorded delivery service. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that returned goods are adequately insured during transit. The Seller will not be responsible for loss or damage occurring while goods are being returned to the Seller, except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Unwanted, Unsuitable or Incorrectly Ordered Goods
The Seller may accept returns of goods that are no longer required, unsuitable or have been ordered in error, subject to the following conditions.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be:
- unused;
- in perfect and resalable condition;
- complete; and in their original, undamaged packaging.
The return of unwanted or unsuitable goods is a contractual return facility offered by the Seller and is not a statutory right to cancel.
Goods returned that do not meet these requirements may, at the Seller's discretion:
- be refused and returned to the Buyer at the Buyer's cost; or
- be accepted subject to an appropriate restocking or handling charge.
The original delivery charge is non-refundable for unwanted or unsuitable goods.
Refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 working days following receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Hygiene-Restricted Goods
Due to health, safety and hygiene requirements, the Seller cannot normally accept returns of the following products where the packaging or protective seal has been opened:
- Tweezers;
- Epilation probes and needles;
- Cuticle nippers;
- Nail clippers; and
- Nail files.
This list is not exhaustive.
This restriction does not apply where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or where the Seller is otherwise legally required to accept the return.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Goods
The Buyer must inspect goods as soon as reasonably practicable following delivery.
Where goods are received damaged, incorrectly supplied or items listed on the delivery documentation are missing, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery.
The Buyer should provide photographs and/or video evidence where goods have been received damaged, where requested by the Seller.
The Seller will investigate the claim and advise the Buyer of the next steps.
Where goods need to be returned as a result of a confirmed delivery error, damage in transit or other valid claim accepted by the Seller, the Seller will arrange or reimburse reasonable return carriage costs as appropriate.
Failure to notify the Seller within 48 hours may affect the Seller's ability to investigate or pursue a claim with the carrier and may limit the Seller's liability for associated losses or costs to the extent permitted by law.
The Seller will not be liable for loss of earnings, business interruption or other consequential losses arising from damaged, incorrect or missing goods, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Faulty Goods
Where a fault develops during the applicable manufacturer's warranty period, the Buyer must contact the Seller and provide details of the fault.
The Seller will assess the goods and, where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, will offer an appropriate remedy which may include repair or replacement, subject to the applicable warranty, these Terms & Conditions and the Buyer's statutory rights.
Where the fault or its cause is not immediately apparent, the Seller reserves the right to send the goods to the manufacturer or an appropriate specialist for testing and assessment.
The manufacturer's or specialist's assessment may be required before a repair, replacement, credit or refund can be authorised.
The Seller will notify the Buyer of the outcome of the assessment and the options available.
If testing establishes that there is no manufacturing fault, or that the fault has resulted from misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, improper maintenance or another cause not covered by the applicable warranty, the goods may be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer's cost, normally at the Seller's standard delivery charge.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights or remedies available to the Buyer that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Furniture and Equipment
Most furniture and equipment items are built to order, custom-built or specially sourced and are therefore subject to specific cancellation and return conditions.
Orders for furniture and equipment cannot normally be cancelled more than 5 working days after the order has been placed.
The Seller may, at its discretion, agree to accept a cancellation or return outside this period. Where accepted, the Seller may apply a reasonable cancellation, restocking or administration charge of up to 20% of the value of the goods, together with applicable delivery or collection costs.
The cost of delivery for unwanted furniture orders will be deducted from any refund issued.
Furniture or equipment that has been specially manufactured, customised, configured or ordered specifically for the Buyer may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
These provisions do not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Returns and Refunds
All returned goods are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Where a return is accepted, any refund will be calculated according to the condition of the goods, the reason for return and any applicable charges under these Terms & Conditions.
Refunds for accepted unwanted or unsuitable returns will normally be processed within 7–10 working days following receipt and inspection.
The Seller reserves the right to deduct applicable delivery, collection, restocking or handling charges where permitted under these Terms & Conditions.
Manufacturer's Warranties
Where goods are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty period will commence from the original date of purchase.
Where a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement product will not receive a new warranty period. The replacement will remain covered by the original warranty, which continues to run from the original purchase date, unless the manufacturer expressly provides otherwise.
Colour, Finish and Product Representation
Colours and finishes displayed on computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary from the actual product.
Where colour or finish is important, the Buyer should request a physical colour swatch before placing an order where swatches are available.
The Seller cannot accept the return of goods solely because the colour or finish differs from the Buyer's expectations where the goods supplied correspond with the colour or finish ordered.
Shortages & Damages
Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to The Seller within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Customs For Overseas Orders
When ordering goods from HOF Beauty Limited for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. If you refuse to pay the charges levied by customs and excise or the delivery is unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us then you will be liable for the return shipment fees and these will be deducted from any refund due. As from 1st January 2021 there may be additional customs fees to pay for customers within the EU and Northern Ireland. These fees are levied by your local customs and must be paid directly to them in order for your goods to be released.
Please note all electrical items are supplied, as standard, with a UK 3 pin plug.

Company Details
HOF Beauty Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (registration No. 04160698).
The registered office address:
HOF Beauty Ltd is a trading name of House of Famuir Limited.

VAT number: 789 0719 76
Guarantee
All items are guaranteed according to the individual manufacturer's warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under professional use and does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer's warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection, once the goods are received back, we will determine whether the item(s) can be repaired, if this is not the case then a replacement will be issued. If we are unable to either repair or replace the item(s) then a full or partial refund may be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days; there are exceptions to this policy due to hygiene reasons - see exclusions. All glass items are specifically excluded from this guarantee.
Our warranties run from the initial date of purchase, if we have made the decision to replace a product that is still under warranty then this does not mean that you receive a new warranty when you receive a replacement. In essence the contract that you make at the time of sale, which includes the warranty, is formed at the time when you paid the money. Issuing a replacement is something that occurs under the original agreement and it does not mean that you receive a new warranty. Therefore, it is important to be aware that your original warranty will expire on the original purchase, rather than the clock being re-set on the warranty at the time when your item is replaced.
REM Products - these products come with a years' warranty which covers the cost of any replacement part and any labour costs incurred. In addition to this some REM products have an additional two year warranty. The additional warranty covers parts only for the remaining two years.
If you have a problem with an REM product that is covered under the three year warranty please contact our Customer Service Team and they can request a call to an REM engineer who will diagnose the fault but there would be a £75 call out fee, this covers the call out and first hours' labour, any hour after that would be charged at £40 per hour.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and all contracts entered into under them are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in relation to any contract entered into under these terms and conditions.
Retention of Title Clause
1. The risk in all goods passes to The Buyer upon delivery but title in the goods remains vested in The Seller and shall only pass from The Seller to The Buyer upon full payment being made of all sums (due on whatsoever account or grounds) to The Seller.
The Buyer agrees, prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods, The Seller or appointed agents may enter The Buyers premises to collect such goods should The Seller request. Prior to such payment, the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for the purpose and return the goods to The Seller should The Seller request.
